Introduction

In September 2017, the Hexiang Culture Museum was located in Ledu District, Haidong City. The project covers an area of 51,000 hectares, with a building area of 27,000 square meters and an exhibition area of 10,000 square meters. It is divided into two floors above ground and one floor below ground. Construction began in October 2018, and the main structure was completed. It is expected to be fully completed by October 2020. Introduction

The Lajia Site is a large settlement site of the Prehistoric Period in the upper reaches of the Yellow River, mainly of the Qijia Culture. The site was discovered in 1981, and from 1999 to 2007, archaeological excavations were conducted over a period of 9 years, discovering important remains such as Qijia Culture settlement sites, high-level tombs, moats, small squares, and altars, achieving many breakthrough new discoveries. From 2013 to 2019, the second phase of field archaeological work was carried out at the site. Dangka Temple is a temple located in Jiegu, the capital of the Tibetan Autonomous Region of Yushu Prefecture, Qinghai Province. At that time, his guru Dusong Qinba presented him with a large white dharma conch shell, inside which the letter 'A' (Atse) naturally appeared; and a statue of Buddha with a countenance identical to that of Bajiao Daodai himself (note: there is a saying in Tibet that the heart of this Buddha statue is as warm as a bird's heart, and its blessing is equivalent to that of Bajiao Daodai himself). Longyang Gorge is located in the upper reaches of the Yellow River within Gonghe County, Qinghai. Introduction

Laoye Mountain is a peak of Ma'anshan, located on the east side of Qiaotou Town in Datong County, beside the Beichuan River, and is a major mountain peak in the central part of Datong, with an area of about 2.5 square kilometers. Due to the presence of the Taiyuan Palace (Guan Yu Temple) on the summit, it is commonly known as 'Laoye Mountain' and is also called 'Yuanshuo Mountain' and 'North Wudang'. It is the most majestic and beautiful mountain peak near Xining. The mountain range runs from northwest to southeast, with significant elevation differences, and the main peak has an altitude of 2,928 meters, with a relative height of 486.5 meters. The entire scenic area's parent rock is Middle Sinian limestone, with layers consisting of massive white or gray siliceous limestone, banded chert limestone, and black-gray breccia limestone, with a total thickness of over 1,000 meters, in fault contact with the Sinian strata. The soil in the area is classified as mountain brown earth, chernozem, and chestnut soil. Over the long course of history, it has undergone tremendous changes, weathering, and erosion, forming peculiar and fantastic, steep and elegant caves and canyon landscapes. The beauty of Laoye Mountain's landscape comes from the natural forces of creation and the craftsmanship of nature, as well as the time-worn marks across space.

Introduction

Dongguan Grand Mosque, commonly known as the Camel Mosque, is located at No. 31 Dongguan Street, Chengdong District, Xining City, Qinghai Province, covering an area of 21,951 square meters. It was first built in the 20th year of the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty (1380 AD) and is one of the five main Jumu'ah mosques in Chinese Islam. The Dongguan Grand Mosque features a two-courtyard architectural layout, consisting of the main gate, five gates, a minaret, north and south wing buildings, and the main prayer hall. During its construction, the mosque received assistance from Tibetan and Tu ethnic groups from the Guanghui Monastery and Youning Monastery, as well as donations from Han Chinese brothers. Notably, gilded treasure vases (prayer wheels) from the Labrang Monastery and Tar Monastery of Tibetan Buddhism were installed on the roof of the prayer hall and the top of the minaret, and a relief inscription of Yu Youren's calligraphy reading 'Xining Dongguan Grand Mosque' was placed above the entrance of the mosque, all of which became examples of cultural integration, demonstrating the historical fact of unity, mutual assistance, and harmonious coexistence among the Hui, Han, Tibetan, and Tu ethnic groups in the Hexi region.

Introduction

Ta'er Temple, also known as Ta'er Monastery, is located in Huangzhong District, Xining City, Qinghai Province. It was founded in the 12th year of the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty (1379 AD). The temple is named after the large silver pagoda built in the Great Golden Pagoda Temple to commemorate the founder of the Yellow Sect, Tsongkhapa.
